GBP25k-GBP40k Basic Salary (depends on experience) + Commission (GBP60k+ OTE) + Car / Car Allowance etc.
Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a client of ours who are looking to expand and who specialise in the Commercial Heating, Biomass Boiler and CHP (Combined Heat & Power) market.
Location - to be considered you'll need to live within a commutable distance to East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire or Hull.
The Role:
- Responsible for full business development and building a sales pipeline for the sale of Biomass and CHP heating systems, ranging from 100KW up to roughly 1MW in size.
- Selling into end users, commercial, agricultural, industrial sectors as well as social housing etc.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Proven sales & business development background - ideally sales experience within Renewables, Biomass, CHP, Heating, Heat Pumps or HVAC sectors however this is not essential and training will be provided.
- Strong closer, enthusiastic and sales driven.
