Strong leadership and support for the teaching and learning teams, driving forward continual improvement within the provision will be a key responsibility of the post as we work towards achieving a Good or Outstanding grade at our next Ofsted inspection (expected early 2019). Ensuring a high number of students achieve in their vocational, English and Maths qualifications and progress positively at the end will be a key operational target and all activity within the centre must work towards these outcomes.
