A multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Planner to join the budding team in Bristol.
Our client operates nationwide with offices in a number of major cities throughout the U.K. Operating in both the private and public sector for over two decades the company has built up an envious list of high-calibre clients. Having seen a recent increase in workload they are now looking for a confident Senior Town Planner to join team in Bristol.
As the Senior Town Planner you will work closely with both the associates and more junior members of the team on all aspects of the planning process. The team are looking for someone to form the integral link between Directors and less senior planners. In this role expect a variety of different projects. You will work with local authorities as well as private clients from the retail, residential, mixed-use and commercial sectors.
As the Senior Town Planner you must be a member of the RTPI. You will have an expert grasp on planning and be confident in your ability to bring your knowledge and expertise to all projects you undertake. A minimum of 3-5 years planning experience will be required and experience in development control will be highly desirable. In this role you must be comfortable with mentoring more junior members of the team whilst simultaneously managing a high project caseload.
