This hugely successful Health & Well Being business has been at the leading edge of providing innovative luxury members clubs for many years, shaping a unique vision for integrated sports, health and lifestyle under one roof.
Now requiring a Group Well Being Manager to join the leadership team, the focus of the role will be to create & deliver the Well Being programming and environment which engages, inspires and motivates members to achieve their Well Being goals. In turn this supports the Group Business strategy and through delivering significant ROI through the Well Being programmes the business achieves its key annual objectives.
As a key commercial role, the Well Being Manager will:
- Work with the CEO and senior management team to review Well Being & Sports strategy across the Group including Gym, Group Exercise & Swimming programmes.
- Create an implementation plan and work with Back Of House services & the Club`s General Managers to deliver.
- Implement a standard Member journey within Well-Being to maximise Member engagement, brand advocacy, Member retention & supplementary expenditure.
- Support Club operations management to ensure KPI`s regarding new Member inductions, enhanced Memberships, re-booking and ongoing engagement are achieved.
- Collaborate with Club Heads of Department to ensure an holistic member experience across Well Being, Spa, F&B, tennis other functions.
- Implement a calendar of competitions & challenges in the Clubs to incentivise Members.
- Support Club management in driving secondary revenues through well-being services such as Personal Training
- Advise & guide in the creation of annual budgets relating to WellBeing.
- Ensure the development & delivery of Group Exercise formats
- Create, train and oversee the implementation of Well Being programmes such as Weight Loss Courses, Back Care & Corporate Well Being.
Suitable Candidates Will Need:
- Degree Level qualification or above & relevant educational qualification.
- 3+ years experience as a senior Manager ideally gained in a multi site education, sporting or spa services organisation.
- Strong experience of creating, developing & delivering adult Well Being programming.
- Experience of Business Development and a track record of Commercial success based on delivering ROI.
- High business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
- Experience of working with senior management and stakeholder engagement.
- Good communication & influencing skills.
- Good verbal & written English skills, additional French, German or Italian language skills are highly beneficial.
- Comfortable with European travel, typically 2 -3 days per fortnight.
