What you'll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Assessment Materials team within OCR Operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of all live General Qualification examination materials, such as GCSE and A Level question papers, ensuring that all materials are fit for purpose, whilst leading a team of dedicated staff.
What we're looking for
You will be used to leading the delivery of bulk operational or administrative processes for teams of around 20 staff. Able to work across our business with other key stakeholders you should be able to provide evidence of planning, forecasting and reporting to meet your key deadlines.
Most importantly you will be able to step back to review your overall strategies to deliver significant service improvements and have experience of leading and developing staff.
Experience of working in a regulated environment, including any knowledge of examination material production, would be advantageous as would your skills in project management, systems implementation and strategy development.
You will be collaborative and personable by nature, leading by example. Customer focused you will be tenacious and target driven.
Able to take in the wider picture you look up as well as down, have experience of managing third parties and can evidence leading organisation change.
