Employed Financial Adviser looking to join a dynamic business with excellent support provided and large client bank for contacting.
The Company
This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the largest Financial Services practices of a nationwide network. The company was established 15 years ago and now has over 120 advisers in the group. You will have the opportunity to work from their office premises in Leicester and have use of their state of the art client profiling tool.
Clients and business opportunities
Having established a large client bank over their years from marketing activities and referrals due to the excellent service provided, they are keen to recruit a Financial Adviser to maximise these opportunities. In addition, you should be capable of self-generating some business or bring some clients with you. Also, you will be able to work closely with their mortgage advice teams to produce cross-referrals.
Training and Development
The company believes in full holistic financial planning, therefore there is a culture of using collaboration of specialists to provide the range of suitable advice in respect of investments, pensions, mortgages and protection. Excellent initial and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you continue to be highly successful. Regular team meetings are held to share ideas and best practice and to build a companywide team ethic.
Requirements to be considered
This opportunity would be great for a current Financial Adviser looking to join a fast-growing Adviser firm with marketing, para-planning and ongoing service delivery process. With a proven track record in maximising Adviser's potential, this is a great chance to further your career.
Benefits
* Salary of GBP36,000 - GBP42,000 based on proven experience plus bonus structure, mileage reimbursement, 3% matched pension scheme, healthcare and laptop
* Year 1 OTE of GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 and due to be higher in Year 2
