Part Time Receptionist / Audio typist

Cave & Sons, Northamptonshire's longest established independent Wealth Management Company, has a vacancy for a part-time receptionist/audio typist at our head office in Northampton.
The hours of work are Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (16 hours a week).
The responsibilities of the role include:-
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department;
Greeting clients face-to-face;
Assisting with meeting the typing requirements of our Investment Team;
Providing cover for staff holidays and other absences as and when required.
A good telephone manner, together with a sound knowledge of audio typing and Word and excel, are essential for this role.
Salary will be dependent on ability/relevant experience.
