If yes, we would like you to lead our online strategy, owning digital and editorial content and championing a clear vision, which demonstrates and realises the potential for the brand online. You'll be responsible for website development and design, and for creating and implementing the website’s development roadmap.

In summary the role will require you to:

+ Be the lead contributor to the eCommerce & Online Editorial strategy. Develop, manage and deliver a wide range of digital activities and online initiatives.
+ Lead all direct response digital marketing activities to drive web traffic – including SEO, PPC, affiliates, email marketing and Display activity
+ Work closely with retail to ensure a consistent approach to communications online, and strive to promote an omnichannel approach
+ Enhance the customer journey online through testing and development
+ Work closely with the senior management to create a development roadmap that meets business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement the eCommerce marketing strategy within the brand guidelines engaging with key internal stakeholders and external partners
+ Ensure that we offer an unrivalled customer journey improving usability and building successful tests into the development roadmap
+ Oversee the content strategy online, managing all content creation, edits and revision in line with seasonal stories, ensuring delivery of content that is current, inspirational and engaging
+ Manage all direct response digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, affiliates, emails and display activity ensuring that eCommerce traffic and marketing ROI targets are delivered.
+ Create digital marketing campaigns focused on reaching the correct audience, engagement, trading metrics such as sales, customer acquisition, traffic generation, conversion, AOV, margin, etc.
+ Own the development roadmap, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
+ Develop and manage budget and report on its ROI performance.
+ Work with the customer service and operations to develop and deliver a CRM customer engagement plan
+ Drive database growth, both organically and by developing partnerships that deliver engaged subscribers
+ Deliver in-store benchmarking strategy for data capture and engagement program
+ Coordinate with senior management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and an omnichannel approach to all communications
+ Work with PR function to ensure Social is synced with eCommerce focus to ensure consistent communication
+ Use web analytics to monitor eCommerce marketing performance and customer engagement
+ Raise and prioritise bugs as needed and proactively seek to find cost-effective solutions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities you'll need to fulfil the eCommerce Manager role:

+ Direct experience in eCommerce, preferably in a fashion or luxury environment and with multichannel scope
+ Direct experience managing SEO, PPC, email, affiliates, display, retargeting, shopping feed
+ Direct experience successfully managing digital agencies and media partners
+ Direct experience in working on a Magento eCommerce site
+ Excellent understanding of digital user experience best practices and driving conversion improvements
+ Solid understanding of web analytics, preferably Google Analytics
+ Track record of successful increasing web traffic and maintaining strong marketing ROIs
+ Able to effectively translate brand values and guidelines into the digital space
+ Strategic planning, budget management and forecasting experience
+ Ability to work at a senior level and influence a diverse group of stakeholders within the brand
+ Highly organised with the capability to multi-task and prioritise to meet tight deadlines
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent numerical skills and competent using Excel and web analytics tools
+ Excellent problem solver with can-do attitude
+ Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
