Long established and with big plans for the future this local manufacturing organisation aim to double turnover over the next few years. They produce bespoke products utilised by blue chip clients across the globe within the engineering industry.
This is a new position created in a way to drive growth in the organisation. You will work autonomously to lead a team of production team leaders, develop staff and implement new and improved processes into the manufacturing facility. Full training will be provided on the processes there and machinery so any manufacturing background will be considered.
