The Production and Supply Chain Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the business maximises on profit through careful Planning and Production of Products.

Our Client provides high quality dairy products that are the preferred choice for both UK and oversea companies. The business has gone through huge growth over the last 10 years, and is now one of the UK's biggest suppliers.
Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Propose initiatives that improve operational and commercial control systems; identify ways to generate improved returns and efficiencies in processing and management of ingredients
- Support the process to identify, develop and implement new supply chain solutions for processing, storage and other requirements associated with product management
- To work with our Commercial, Operations and Finance teams to plan production requirements of the business; stock holding requirements etc and evaluate and identify production variances
- Act as a key liaison between commercial planning, forecasting, 3rd party processing and planning functions to ensure the right product is made for the right customer at the right time to meet the business objectives
Profile
The success Candidate will possess;
- Demonstrable background within FMCG Food and Drink
- Demonstrable track record in planning
- Self starter attitude that thrives in an autonomous role
- High level of attention to detail
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management
- Demonstrable track record of production
