Calibration And Repair Services have an opportunity for an office assistant at our Preston Office
Initially to cover a period of 6 months to cover maternity leave, but with a view to a permanent role based on required staffing levels and performance.
The successful applicant should have good communication skills, computer skills, and knowledge of sage accounts.
The role consist of dealing with: engineers, suppliers and customers. Invoicing, parts ordering and breakdown logging.
Working in a relaxed office environment, sometimes unaccompanied. 38hrs/week 8:45-17:00 Monday to Thursday 8:45-16:00 Friday GBP8.50 per hour
