We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a fast moving, major service transformation programme, within a leading housing provider with a fantastic reputation in the South-West.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business change and transformation and will be working on a range of projects across the organisation - working closely with a range of SME businesses.
You'll also be assisting stakeholders in shaping initial ideas into compelling investment cases and implementing pragmatic solutions to deliver maximum benefits to the organisation. You will construct business requirement, process maps and customer journeys with simple-to comprehend documentation. The role will also deliver a supporting procedure guide "library"
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating, analysing, developing and reviewing existing processes and systems to recognise continuous improvements
- Documenting existing and future workflows and business processes to ensure consistency of approach
- Supporting project teams to fully understand the business problem and the options available to address it
- Producing and presenting feasibility studies, options and business cases to key stakeholders ensuring business solutions are recognised
Who we need
You will be educated to degree level (or have the equivalent level of experience), with experience of process mapping/modelling and analysing requirements, as well as experience of successful implementation of solutions
Key competencies required:
- Experience of analysing requirements and implementing solutions
- Process mapping/modelling experience
- High level of emotional intelligence with effective influencing, verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences
- Ability to seek out, communicate and engage using intelligence from other internal and external sources to improve the way we deliver and embed change
- Ability to facilitate workshops with a wide variety of stakeholders and effectively challenge existing working practices
- Ability to manage a wide range of complex projects simultaneously
- Professional demeanour and approach
- "Can do" attitude and positive, forward thinking, flexible approach
- Resilient and calm approach when under pressure
