Do you have a recent 2:1 or above degree from a Russell Group University and are looking to gain a full year classroom experience before becoming a primary school teacher?
Do you have a passion for working with Primary school aged children, and want to make a difference to their classroom learning?
Would you be interested in gaining paid experience in a school based setting as a Teaching Assistant in a KS2 classroom?
This lovely Primary school in Leeds has a nurturing KS2 team looking to take on a patient and caring graduate to support them across their KS2 classes this academic year as a Teaching Assistant.

***Earn up to GBP80 per day
To be considered you will need to be an inspiring graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree, passionate about education who has previous volunteer experience working with children, not necessarily in a school. We want to see graduates with the drive to assess and meet the social and academic needs of a diverse group of children. The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant should be able to be positive role model for the pupils they teach.
The role will involve running booster groups and individual sessions with a variety of children who have a variety of learning needs, across the whole of KS2 (Year 3 to 6). This Primary Teaching Assistant position involves supporting the individual needs of the pupils in class with tailor-made lesson plans and activities.
The school is located in the Wembley area and is close to all public transport links. The Senior Leadership Team promote a culture of individuality, which sees both teachers and pupils' progress quickly.
