Chuan Body + Soul at The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Beauty Therapist. Chuan Body + Soul been designed to create an ambience of tranquillity for both contemplation and inspiration. In Chinese culture, flowing water is seen to be the source of life and balance; a key to keeping mind, body and soul in check. In Chinese, the word Chuan means a serene course of water and the Chuan Body + Soul facilities are modelled to reflect this harmony by using the principles of Feng Shui. Chuan Body + Soul at The Langham, London creates a wonderful haven away from the outside world, embracing a natural aesthetic with interiors of soft and calming hues.
As a Wellness Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be to -
assist with the smooth running of the Fitness Studio and health club department by providing a high standard of professional, efficient and quality service to all Members, Hotel Guests and Day Spa Guests.
To promote and sell all aspects of the Spa; Health & Wellbeing Memberships, personal training, Day Spa packages and treatments, merchandising and retail branded lines etc.
Oversee all membership and fitness bookings which must also be controlled via the Reception.
To assist the Spa Manager in achieving monthly and year-end budgets for the Personal Training and Club Membership levels.
To manage the attending team and ensure all areas of the health club are within high level of cleanliness and free from defects.
To ensure that the gymnasium and its equipment are clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements
The ideal Wellness Manager will have -
experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
professional Training in Leisure / Sales or Customer Service Related fields
drive to achieve targets
relevant fitness qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2)
excellent MS Office knowledge
excellent communication skills and be well presented
good team player & able to develop sound working relationships with all colleagues.
good interpersonal skills
