The Role

Our Client are seeking enthusiastic Trainees to provide dedicated administration support for the wider Investment Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills across the whole investment function whilst adding value in all spheres and particularly developing a productive working relationship with service providers, the Custodian and internal functions to facilitate trade activity.

Reporting into an Investment Director, you will ideally be educated to graduate level (or similar) gained within a Finance and/or investment background.

The successful candidates will be skilled at dealing with people at all levels, comfortable handling confidential information and have the ability to manage multiple requests across the organisation. Excellent communication and influencing skills, are essential pre-requisites, along with the ability to be a lateral thinker who can both plan and prioritise a demanding multi-disciplined workload.

In this small, but hard working team, candidates will need to be naturally outgoing, have the ability to work under pressure, will be pro-active rather than re-active, and have a real 'can do' approach.

The successful applicant should have good general IT skills including experience in the use of Microsoft Office.
