Spare Parts Administrator – HPC Compressed Air Systems

A full time position has arisen in our Burgess Hill office for a full time Spare Parts Administrator.

Our Spares Administrator is the first point of contact for enquiries for compressor spares and ancillary equipment from authorised HPC distributors and customers.  Our successful candidate will provide a professional, efficient and first class service whilst optimising sales opportunities. You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of a high volume of spares orders, meeting and communicating customer expectation and ensuring a timely delivery.

 The primary responsibilities for this role are:

- Individual HPC distributor account ownership and responsibility

- Dealing with spare parts enquiries via telephone and email

- Liaising with external suppliers to obtain accurate spares information, pricing and delivery

- Raising spare parts quotations

- Processing customer spares orders

- Processing information to warehouse for packing, dispatch and prompt delivery

- Invoicing all completed spares orders

- Maintaining good customer and supplier relations both by phone/email and face to face.

Our Spares Administrator will have the following skills:

- High organisational skills

- Ability to manage a high number of enquiries simultaneously

- Proven work history in an administrative role and product support within an industrial, manufacturing environment

- Computer literate with a working history of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Sage, SAP

- Proactive and used to working on own initiative

- Excellent customer care and communication skills with the ability to maintain good customer and supplier relations both in person and at a distance

- A strong, flexible team player with proven problem solving skills.
