A growing entrepreneurial business looking for a positive, efficient client coordinator / administrator. Producing luxury bespoke stationery products as well as printed packaging and general commercial print solutions.

Having re-located last year, the company has seen substantial growth and is now seeking a like-minded individual to join their small office team and help take the business further. You will join a team that share the values and vision of the business, working within a tight-knit, friendly, family culture.

The Role:
Daily tasks such as responding to email enquiries, discussing specifications with clients in order to prepare an estimate, sending out samples, raising invoices for payment, booking jobs in, raising materials requisitions and managing a small production schedule.

The Candidate:
- Experience in a client facing role
- Positive mindset toward challenges and client requests
- Friendly attitude with ability to strike rapport with customers
- Skilled computer literacy with administrative systems
- A massive bonus if you have used Tharstern MIS
- A bonus if you have estimating experience
- A bonus if you're from a print background
