Reporting into the CEO and working with the Senior Management Team, you will have full ownership of people matters and development of HR practices in areas such as talent management, succession planning and compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist, who is as comfortable with developing strategic initiatives and policies, as supporting line managers on performance management and recruitment. A positive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, are essential qualities required for this Head of HR post, as is the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues across all levels, with ease, to enhance organisational performance and support our 100 staff.

The HR team have recently introduced a number of progressive changes and this role will suit a dynamic and driven individual to embed these, as well as continue the improvement of HR processes, and development of the HR and Learning and Development strategies.
