Role Summary:

The role of a Course Sales Executive is to contact businesses and schools to promote our offering of accredited online courses. This role will suit someone with sales experience, but is also an opportunity for the right individual to learn and develop sales skills.

Key responsibilities

Hit personal sales/revenue targets as defined by Head of Sales

Meet and exceed KPIs across prospects, call rates and related targets

Understand course offerings to be able to effectively sell over a range of different industries.

Manage administration processes required for the set up of new customer accounts

Follow up incoming leads from marketing communications

Attend industry events where possible and confidently pitch to visitors and new business prospects

Skills

Professionalism and confidence when using the phone

Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

A good team member but must be able to work on own initiative

Experience with Outlook and Social Media

Social, outgoing and able to thrive in a sales environment

Good level of organisation and time management

Experience sourcing leads via Linkedin or similar is an advantage

Reporting to: Head of Sales
