Collections Agent - Danish speaking

Tangent International are looking to recruit a Danish speaking Collections Agent to work a 3 month extendable contract in Hatfield.

Summary of Position
As part of our Collections team, you will interact professionally with our customers - principally via telephone, letter and email contact - to ensure the prompt collection of monies owed to the company in conjunction with set payment terms. A key aspect of the role is to maximise our revenue by being an effective team member delivering consistently excellent service that improves the efficiency and overall profitability of Customer Operations.
This position requires collections of monies owed from multiple countries in the Nordics region and as such requires bi-lingual capability.
As part of the bigger' team, ensure all customer contacts are responded to appropriately within specified timescales and guidelines and in a way that complies with Company procedures, whilst improving N-Sat customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Delivering Results:

• Maintain a level of productivity based on individual targets that meets or exceeds performance expectations
• Constantly strive to maximize the amount of cash collected and reduce levels of delinquent debt
• Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and documented on the company systems in a timely manner to enable the contact to be processed and resolved promptly, efficiently and completely.
• Liaise with a range of areas across the business on behalf of the customer in a professional and efficient manner.
• Achieve service levels that will provide internal and external customers with best in class' service.
• Actively contributes to a team culture focused on the achievement of team and Collection goals
