Our client is looking to appoint a part-time Enhanced Housing Management Officer. As an Enhanced Housing Management Officer your role would be to provide comprehensive housing management to residents living within a designated geographic area in Essex

1 x Part time, 14 hours per week (FTC to cover maternity leave)
£23,000 pro rata
Based: Billericay, Essex

The association was first formed in 1994. They celebrated their 20th anniversary in 2014 and continue to provide high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. Today, they operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 10,000 homes with plans in place to deliver more than 1,000 new homes as part of an ambitious three year strategy.

This is a challenging role where you will need to have the ability to deliver excellent customer service within a front line service, to empower and support residents to maintain their tenancies. You will need to have enthusiasm, self-motivation, commitment and the ability to communicate at all levels.

A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. This post is also subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
