Hot Tub Technician - Leicester
Our client is a family run International Freight Forwarding business, who also offer a direct import and retail service for both Hot Tubs and Slate Bed Pool Tables. Your role will involve working with their team to facilitate the smooth running of the Office.
Job summary:
To be responsible for the repair, servicing, and where required installation of Hot Tubs at various locations throughout the UK, split between delivery driving, setting up hot tubs and providing service / maintenance calls.
Main Duties and Tasks:
Troubleshooting, repairing and servicing circulating, heating and electrical systems on the hot tub structure.
Replacing faulty parts and components on Hot Tubs.
You will be required to diagnose and repair any faults on a first visit.
You will deliver excellent customer service including diagnosis and repair of serious customer fault reports.
Assist customer services and sales teams with technical guidance as required.
Provide on the job training to fitters and installers.
To keep up to date with training.
Keeping pace with work scheduling requirements.
Be professional at all times when communicating with customers.
Manage your time effectively and efficiently.
To take pictures of all installations for our marketing purposes.
Be responsible for your assigned vehicle ensuring daily maintenance checks are carried out.
Undertake any other duties reasonably required of you by the company.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and Experience;
Good experience fault finding and subsequent repairs.
Good experience with fault analysis on electrical items.
Excellent communications skills.
Knowledge of tracing and resolving water leaks, training will be provided as necessary.
Holder of a full driving licence up to 3500 tonnes, ideally has trailer experience and B+E on licence (would need to be obtained)
Good Experience undertaking electrical maintenance work.
Hours vary depending on weekly plans, involves delivery driving and delivery of Hot Tubs inclusive of repair works. 25 Days annual holiday, working Monday to Friday from our Broughton Astley, Leicester Depot.
Position: Full Time Permanent
Office Based: Broughton Astley, Leicester
Salary: GBP25,000 pa plus pension
Hours: Vary
Holiday Entitlement: 20 Days plus statutory bank holidays
