An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Projects Team to develop and manage minor projects on the university estate.
Reporting to the Head of Projects you will be working with the team or individually to deliver high quality projects to programme and budget. We are looking for an individual with both professional expertise and experience to undertake this role. The university is undergoing a major campus transformation programme of works investing over £136million over the next 3 years, building on the developments over the last 10 years to create a vibrant, lively campus for our students and staff to learn and work.
