We are responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Life, Pensions and Investment (LP&I) and Home Insurance customers through servicing or claims.

As a Retirement Account Administrator you'll provide an excellent customer experience during incoming and outbound calls. Working as part of our team you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of demanding operational support procedures, using your own judgment to make decisions which impact on customer outcomes.

Using your excellent communication skills you will deal with a range of external and internal customer enquiries, providing customer satisfaction by understanding what matters to the customer. If you are proactive, self-motivated, keen to learn, show great attention to detail and want to work in an environment where the focus is on making the right business decisions for the customer this could be the role for you.

As you become more competent in your role you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use, the services we provide and the value we can build into our business.

Previous experience is not essential as our comprehensive 9am to 5pm, 3 week training programme will ensure that you use the appropriate guidance and direction to follow all legislative regulatory procedures, service standards and complaint handling process. Following this you will be supported with ongoing support and coaching for personal development

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and we are open to discussions around job sharing and flexible working
