This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing independent financial services firm who specialises in structured trade finance who over the past four years have grown to compete with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Their system bridges the gap between the supplier and the buyer. The bulk of the role involves around building a bespoke B2B platform similar to Salesforce for their customers to interact and a platform to support those financial transactions. Last year they setup finances that equated to the sum of GBP10 billion pounds which is forecasted to reach GBP100 billion for 2017.

This is a particularly interesting time to join the organisation, the flat structures offers lots of ownership and say in terms of direction. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to articulate and be willing to discuss ideas while taking part in team discussions.

Technical Environment:

• Experience with database-Back End applications. Currently they are using PostgreSQL, but experience of others is fine (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL).
• Java 8, Tomcat, Spring, Eclipse, GIT
• Must be articulate and willing to discuss ideas and take part in team discussions.
• Experience with developing enterprise class applications
• Agile Development Experience would be a beneficial but not essential
