Contract IT Team Leader Cardiff - Excellent Basic Salary and Uncapped Commission Scheme
Pertemps IT has an established team of 3 IT Recruiters that is currently working with a number of clients across the South of England filling both contract and permanent positions.
We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Business Manager or equivalent who has a strong background in contract or temps, who is looking to take their recruitment career on to the next level and is looking for a team leading opportunity.
We are not so fussed about how long you've been in recruitment, what we are looking for is to see your ambition, a successful track record billing on your own desk and the real desire to push your career on. Ideally you will have IT Recruitment experience in the contract market, or perhaps have significant experience running a successful temps desk.
If you have some team leading or mentoring experience now, so much the better, but if you haven't and you're looking for the chance to develop these skills, we'd be interested to hear from you.
Our IT team sits in the same office as our European ERP team staffed by recruiters from across Europe who speak over 11 languages between them! Its fair to say we have a truly diverse office, working some great markets and our IT and ERP teams enjoy working in a vibrant, eclectic environment that is very successful. Looking after our staff is important to us, we are currently trialling a flexi time shift pattern which is working very well within our current teams, offering much greater flexibility out of work and a change from the usual 8 til 8 mentality in other agency environments!
