I am representing an organisation based in Salford who are looking to add a junior software engineer to their development team to work on their bespoke web systems and CRM system. This role will be reporting to the IT Manager and working in a tight-knit team of three developers and the company operates on a 'build, not buy' approach to software extending beyond their website and CRM systems mentioned above.

A FinTech organisation with a focus on the automotive sector, this family run business has been going for over 25 years with their web application and website being the main finance and customer drivers for their sales teams. Staff are invested in, with developers encouraged to take internal and external courses to fill gaps in knowledge and sharpen tools elsewhere with a view to retain team members due to continuous improvement.
