Oracle CX/Oracle CRM Team Lead
Key responsibilities include:
- The growth and management of a small team of Developers/Analysts/Graduates - based within our Colchester Office
- Stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Configuration, development and implementation of Oracle CX applications in the cloud
- Designing and developing integrations based on customer requirements
- Occasional support of customer workshops, and creating functional and technical design documentation where needed
- Occasionally taking part in end to end project life cycle from Design, Build, Testing, UAT and Go Live Support. Build is the core part of the role
- Estimating work efforts and supporting Sales in pre-sales meetings
- Training on Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Field Service Cloud as we develop our capability and knowledge to ensure up to date knowledge for our customers
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required.
Your experience will include:
- Practical experience with people management or demonstrable experience of motivating people and teams to perform and develop
- Experience in stakeholder management, internally and externally
- Experience of working with different application development
- Experience configuring and administering applications (CRM preferred) Oracle training will be provided
- Knowledge of development languages and what they are used for. You do not need to have developed code specifically, although experience having done so will be valuable
- Understanding of API's and Webservices - having delivered these technically is not mandatory
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project Methodologies

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Colchester office. You will be responsible for the growth and day to day management of a new small team of developers and analysts using a range of Oracle Customer Experience technologies, whilst also being trained on a range of products like Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ or Oracle Marketing Cloud.
The Team Lead will work with Project Managers on a day to day basis delivering small projects. The role may also involve being part of larger transformation projects, working remotely with our London office. You will be a well-rounded individual with both strong people skills and technical knowledge.

Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: Colchester, with occasional travel to our London Office/Customer Sites
