Barnsdales People are pleased to be recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for this dynamic company in Doncaster.
Requirements:
Project Quantity Surveyor
15 years plus experience
JCT D&B / Tradirional & NEC and Bespoke Forms of Contract
Regional Builder Background or similar
Capable of running 2/3 jobs concurrently
Subcontractor Buying/Procurement Experience
Monthly Cost Reporting and Monitoring
Thinking Surveyor not process driven
Varying market sectors - particular good st Care homes (with timber frame experience) schools/industrial/residential apartments refurb and new builds
Project Values GBP0.5m - GBP GBP6m
Ambitous - Looking to grow with the company and career progression
Degree Qualified ideally or HNC minimum with relevant experience
Expected to work away from home 1 night per week fir project/clients on distance projects
Benefits:
Salary - GBP38,000 - GBP48,000
21 days holiday plus bank holidays
