General Manager Required to make a Difference!

RCH is a specialist management company in the residential and corporate sector. Founded in 2001, we now manage in excess of 45 facilities in the UK, predominantly in the London area and have worked on many new design and build projects.

We are looking for two general managers to manage a wet leisure facility in a top-end residential facility, and assist the company in growing their services.

One is located in Battersea and one is located in Central London

Role:

Duties:

Residential Facility

You will be a proven people-manager who will oversee the launch of the new residential leisure facility.

You will take responsibility for all operational aspects of the leisure facility including maintenance, customer service, PT and beauty sales (there are no membership sales!), personnel and profitability.

You will be responsible for the financial performance of the leisure facility ensuring that finance and control procedures are implemented to deliver, income and costs targets.

You will lead a team responsible for the highest achievements in customer service and guest/member interaction, understanding that repeat business and retention is the key to the profitability of the business.

You will ensure that activity relating to the leisure facility is communicated throughout the residential development when necessary.

You will assist in creating and managing the SOPs and EAPs in order to meet the health and safety and insurance requirements. .

You will be responsible for training of new team members and continuous staff development.

Requirements:

Must:

Management experience of running a facility with wet leisure (pool, steam, sauna)
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Well organised with attention to detail
Good communicator with excellent people skills
Good understand of health and safety requirements of a wet leisure facility.
Pool Plant trained
Health and Safety experience
REPS level 3 (or equivalent)

Desirable:

First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualified
On the Register of Exercise professionals
Qualified to take classes
Experience in a Spa
