Do you want to play a key role in a new and innovative approach to working with academy trusts and free schools? Do you want to genuinely feel as though you are making a difference?
If your answer is yes, then join us and become involved at the heart of a high profile piece of work being taken forward by the Education & Skills Funding Agency, an Executive Agency of the Department of Education.
We are recruiting enthusiastic individuals who are, or who want to become, senior operational managers. You don't have to have specific experience in education or central government before; you just need the skills, experience and desire to make a real difference to the way schools operate, and to lives of children and young people.
We are looking to fill a range of exciting and highly rewarding senior operational roles across several teams and directorates.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for working with trusts and free schools in your territory in a proactive and engaging way, and support them in managing their finances to achieve the best outcomes for the school, the taxpayer and the children.
You will be a key member of your team, become an expert on your area and form close working relationships with a broad range of senior stakeholders and other Government department colleagues. You will also develop a deep understanding of how the academies and free schools function on the ground, and gain invaluable insight into the sector as a whole.
If you join us, you will have the opportunity to show case your brilliant interpersonal skills as you liaise with senior officials and colleagues across the department and the wider sector.
