Lettings Assistant required for prestigious company based in Taunton. As a letting assistant you will provide support and administration to the whole lettings team providing property management services to landlords and tenants.
Main duties will include:
Dealing with clients face to face and on the telephone.
Responsible for maintaining applicant bank, updating , matching , arranging viewings and carrying out viewings.
Preparing property details and window displays correspondence and tenancy agreements.
Updating portals and social media.
Processing New offer sheets-contacting the tenant, running through rental details of the let and confirm agreement details with landlord and tenant.
Dealing with the checkout procedure
Experience
A good administrator background ideally in a fast paced customer orientated lettings or process driven environment.
Well organised-able to manage and prioritise varies task and workloads
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office.
