Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding and North Bank Forum are recruiting for an exciting new Social Prescribing service in Hull, funded by Hull Clinical Commissioning Group and Hull City Council. Based in GP practices and other community locations across the city, the service will provide residents with a variety of advice and support, and links to other sources of help. We are now seeking to recruit a team of operational and management staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the service.
