This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Debt Management Team and to assist in the collection of arrears of Local Taxation and sundry debts including overpaid Housing Benefit.
Do you have experience of working in the collection of revenue in the public or private sector and have advocacy skills?
We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible and committed person who has the ability to work on their own initiative. You will be confident dealing with citizens with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
We operate in a performance and quality driven environment so attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
