11-18 Catholic school, enriched by the Performing Arts:

RECEPTIONIST (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

37.5 hours per week, 9.00-5.00 p.m., 30 minutes lunch, Monday-Friday,

Term time only

Grade 2 - Salary:  £13,591-£14356 p.a. (actual salary)

This post will provide a professional front-of-house reception service and will be responsible for visitors and all callers to the school.  Duties will include telephony and general clerical administration. The postholder will also undertake First Aid duties (training will be given).  This post will be based in our elegant new reception which forms part of our £14m BSF refurbishment.  Previous experience of working in an education environment is desirable.
