6 Months Fixed Term Contract – 33 hours per week (FTE 35 hours)

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Customer Support Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Leicester.

They currently have an opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to join the team at the Belgrave Office and they really want to hear from you if;

You have experience in a customer facing role with the ability to maintain effective relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front line customer services to a wide range of customers, whilst supporting the Team at the Belgrave office with administration tasks, including administration and processing of all invoices.

On a day to day basis you will provide a professional reception service, greeting customers and answering incoming calls. You will assist with all waiting list and transfer waiting list enquiries and provide information to customers on the organisation’s role, functions, stock and policies. You will be an integral part of the team providing administrative support and taking responsibility for a range of housing duties as defined by the Agency Services Officer.

This is a busy and varied role and requires an individual who is able to work under pressure with minimal day to day supervision. Ideally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of social housing and housing management systems and be able to speak Gujarati.
