I am working with a prolific employer in Yeovil who is looking to expand their workforce with a French speaking Credit Controller. The role will be supporting the general duties of the Finance Department with a particular focus on Credit Control.
Candidate requirements:
* Fluent in French to communicate by both phone and email
* Team player
* Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
Job responsibilities:
* Management of a substantial proportion of the European sales ledger
* To review customer credit limits
* Maintain customer relations
* To achieve outbound call targets
* Keep all paperwork up to date
* To communicate all issues to the relevant Team Leader
* Process customer payments
* Carry out all tasks assigned to the role
Full training of the job role will be available as the language skills are the most important requirement.
