We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At DEBRA we are currently looking for a Fundraising Administrator to join our busy team based in Crowthorne. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 35 hours per week 9.00-5.00 and will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum.
DEBRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a genetic condition which causes the skin to blister and shear at the slightest friction or even spontaneously. We have a vision of a world where no one suffers from this painful condition.
About the Fundraising Administrator role
You will be expected to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Fundraising Team as well as acting as a central point of contact for DEBRA supporters.
Key Responsibilities of our Fundraising Administrator will include:
- Acting as a central point of contact for supporters and event participants;
- Maintaining supporter records on the Fundraising database;
- Distributing packs and materials to supporters and event participants;
- Monitoring Fundraising and Events email inboxes;
- Invoicing;
- Assisting with event preparation.
