We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring General Manager to pre-sale and open a brand new gym in Trowbridge in Wiltshire.
Our client is one of the fastest growing operators in the UK and plans to open a club in every town in the U.K so it is a very exciting time to be joining them.
Being a new opening we would like to talk to candidates who have a proven track record in sales and marketing within a health club environment because this will be a key focus in the first 3 months. Once open, the challenge will be to drive service and operational standards on the gym floor to retain the members so we are also looking for someone who is obsessed with and who has experience in driving standards and service in a gym environment too.
The company is committed to developing and progressing their internal talent so the successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow and develop with a view to opening more or managing multiple sites in the future.
The package includes a competitive basic salary depending on experience and quarterly bonus taking the on target earnings up to GBP30,000
