Account Manager

Executive Headhunters Ltd is a senior level headhunting business with offices in Altrincham town centre.  Due to expansion we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an established team working on retained headhunting assignments across a wide range of industry sectors.

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Altrincham

Salary: c£25,000 per annum OTE £35,000 + Benefits

This is a client and candidate facing Account Manager role and includes the following responsibilities:

- Meeting clients alongside Business Development Manager to take brief

- Research of target markets

- Approaching target candidates

- Face-to-face interviewing of senior level candidates

- Client relationship management

- This is a mix of client relationship management, project management and candidate management.

- It would suit an experienced recruitment consultant with superb relationship building skills, who wants to focus on a role with the emphasis on the identification of candidates and management of projects rather than a constant search for new business

- You will work on a range of senior level, retained headhunting projects in a team with an experienced researcher and Divisional Manager and will take responsibility for project delivery – ensuring roles are filled with the best possible candidate

- The roles we work on are diverse and typically in the £50,000 to £150,000 salary range

Account Manager – You:

- You need to be articulate, intelligent and well-presented and comfortable interviewing senior level candidates, in person.

- You will need to be comfortable speaking to candidates across a wide range of industry sectors.
