Sales Team Leader - Preston - GBP28,000 OTE

Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager with experience of digital sales/online marketing sales/telesales and sales management is required by one of Preston's most vibrant companies.

They have just moved into a new state of the art office with an onsite gym, table tennis, break out areas, it is like the Google of the North West. If you want to work in an environment like this and are passionate about sales, then this could be the dream job for you. You will be rewarded for hitting your targets, there is an excellent commission structure and other bonus' such as days away and incentive trips abroad.

Experience ideally needed:

• 2-3 years' sales management/team lead experience ideally in the E-commerce sector
• Proven track record of managing/leading a successful sales teams in a telesales environment
• The ability to lead and motivate a team of sales advisers or sales account managers to deliver a set of agreed business sales targets through proven sales management techniques
• Strong desire to develop and coach team members in support of business objectives

As a person, you need to be energetic, be a leader, proactive and have a passion for sales.

The role is varied and includes:

• Coach and develop sales individuals to increase overall capability through using and applying knowledge and experience
• Create and implement sales and contact management strategies to ensure the sales team is effectively employed to meet business objectives
• Performance manage the sales team to ensure business objectives are achieved
• Drive the team to make sales calls daily, targeting businesses via lead generation, existing client base, building rapport and promoting the digital marketing products

My client can offer excellent progression from a Sales team leader to more senior management in the future as they have aggressive growths plans for the next 5 years

My client is looking to pay a starting salary of between GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 + Bonus (Circa OTE GBP28,000).
