Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Northampton / Bedford

Salary: £27,744 - £30,108 depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our Client:

Our Client has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to manage their expanding home care and supported living service from their Head Office based in Northampton. They operate across Northamptonshire & Bedfordshire and are part of the award winning and regionally recognised Group. They are an established care provider supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and associated needs. This position would suit an experienced domiciliary care professional wanting to lead and grow an enterprising organisation with the support of a strong team.

The Position

You will be responsible for:

• Providing an outstanding service
• Upholding our brand values in service delivery
• Implementing all policies and procedures
• Managing an office and support team
• Ensuring full compliance throughout the business
• Achieving all targets and deliveries within given budgets

The Person

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Experience within the domiciliary sector at management level
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle
• Hold QCF (or NVQ) Level 4/5 or equivalent, or be working towards this qualification
• An excellent understanding of all CQC regulations
