+ Engineering Degree, or HNC/HND with demonstrated experien
+ Experience of leading equipment development projects, using a diverse range of technical specialists
+ Experience of working within a structured life cycle Management framework
+ A strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace equipment
+ A clear understanding of aircraft Airworthiness and certification
+ Experience of concurrent engineering
+ Experience of customer and supplier liaison
