Our client is a well-known name as a reputable supplier of domestic appliances and replacement parts. Famous OEMs have since authorised them to become national distributors of their original parts and they now offer the most comprehensive choice of original and pattern domestic and commercial appliance replacement parts in Europe, supplying 40 overseas countries.

They now have an opportunity available for a Warehouse Controller to join them to ensure excellent standards of health and safety are maintained across the whole warehouse.

Taking a proactive approach to problem solving and working in conjunction with other operational teams to ensure the site runs smoothly, you will ensure that all stock is collected in a reasonable period of time by supplier/carrier and that all relevant paperwork is passed to the account department in a timely manner.  You will also be responsible for delegating pickers and workload to warehouse operatives. 

Working well within a busy environment, you must work to tight timeframes; prioritising workload to ensure customers receive orders on time and ensuring maximum efficiency is given to customer service whilst maintaining optimum costs. 

Capable of using in house, eBay and Amazon systems to update and dispatch orders, you should have strong communication skills and be analytical and task-orientated in your approach to work. 

Previous administration experience is required and you must have the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.  Proactive and able to make decisions under pressure, you should be able to work across multi-functional departments and have a strong awareness of Health and Safety.
