The College is commitment to work based learning and raising skills for industry and has an exciting opportunity for experienced trainer/assessors to deliver training and carry out learner assessments on Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering programmes. Responsibilities will include conducting initial assessment and training needs analysis, planning and delivering innovative learning programmes enabling learners to develop their knowledge and practical skills and carrying out regular learning reviews to ensure learners succeed in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified assessor with a level 3 qualification in Engineering and substantial experience working in the engineering sector. You must also have experience of teaching in a work based learning environment and carrying out on site assessments.
