Accounts Assistant: Hove
Are you an experienced accounts assistant looking to join an award winning team within a growing company? Located in a modern stylish building in Hove, the busy finance team requires an enthusiastic assistant for this varied role.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Inputting sales and purchase ledgers from source documents
* Assisting with the production of financial statements
* Inputting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
* Managing and reconciling accounts with both CRM and accounting software
* Sales administration duties
* Payment Service Provider management
* Monthly sales ledger managements including reconciliation and identifying and correcting errors
* Ensuring swift payment of invoices
* Assist with end of year preparation
* Answer finance related queries from customers
* Assist with payroll data entry
Ideally, you will have been in a similar role and have recent experience of accounting software. Accuracy and excellent communication both written and verbal are also essential.
