Our client is a leading supplier in the design, development and manufacture of water management and storm water control systems
They are now seeking a Technical Support Manager.
There are two major divisions: Water Management and Building Drainage.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Engineer to mentor and manage a busy team of technically competent design advisers working within surface water management. This team offer excellent customer service and is the first point of contact for any design or technical queries. They provide fast, effectice solutions to our customers.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will act as a coach to increase Technical knowledge across all Surface Water teams, ensuring that 'effective solutions' are offered as a matter of course.
Ideally you will be an Engineering Graduated and you will have a proven knowledge of the Construction industry
