A fantastic opportunity for Campaign Manager has arisen in one of my clients who are a leading B2C mobile operator. They have one of the largest customer databases in the UK.
We are looking for someone to own the Customer Value Management Segment relationship for all outbound campaigns driven out of CRM operations. You'll be driving improvements across all targeted marketing communications through SMS, MMS, App Push, Email or Outbound Calling, utilising their Campaign Management System, Unica, implimenting direct marketing best practice.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for strategy for 100's of campaigns
*Main point of contact with marketing
*Training and mentoring of junior team members
*Typically responsible for over 50m outbound contacts per year, indirectly responsible for up to GBP100m
Key Skills/Experience
*Proven Campaign Management experience
*Expert in Unica
*Strong understanding of SQL, manipulating data from a large data sets
