Payroll & Finance Operations Co-ordinator - SAS, Marlow
SAS are looking for an experienced Payroll & Finance Operations Co-ordinator who will be responsible for managing the relationship with our managed service provider sdWorx (formerly Ceridian) to ensure SAS's UK and Ireland payroll is delivered to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Monthly submission of SAS UK and Ireland payroll exports to managed provider
- Ensuring payroll and statutory deadlines met and monthly accounting completed within timetable
- Collaborate and work closely with our HR shared service team
- Support and key projects & system implementations across Financial Operations in support of functional and corporate goals, objectives and strategies
We are looking for:
- Experience of working with a managed service provider
- Strong understanding of auto enrolment in pensions
- Good excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
You:
As the successful candidate you will have strong interpersonal skills, be robust, self-assured, and confident in dealing with people within other areas of the business, at all levels. You will have an excellent attention to detail, along with a sense of humour and team focus.
