A projects manager from a Mechatronics or Electronics background is needed to lead cross-functional team members on delivering business critical, enterprise level projects to completion. As an integral part of the engineering team you'll oversee all aspects of product development projects concluding with the successful delivery of new products throughout NPD product development lifecycle from initiation to launch.
Your position will improve this organization on a global scale by delivering competitive products and innovative technologies within a specific area of their product line, making this role an opportunity where you will sit as an integral cog in a multi-billion dollar company.
The cross-functional team you'll be leading will involve member from Product Management, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Test, Software, Operations, Supply Chain and Field Service.
This position will see you getting hands on a fully integrated within your projects so a technical background in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering is needed.
Key Experience:
??Related Engineering Bachelor's degree (Electronic or Mechanical) - Mechatronic Engineering preferred.
??5 years increasing responsibilities in project engineering in a cross functional environment
??Experience leading and mentoring development teams, chairing design and code reviews, project tracking and reporting. Project Management experience required, including the use of project tracking and reporting tools
??Ideal any certification from PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2
??Extensive knowledge of various types of manufacturing equipment and the limitations.
